Questions before you buy

Does it give exact prices?

Only from your price list and always “from”. The dentist gives the exact sum after the examination.

What if a patient has toothache at night?

The assistant names your city’s dental emergency service and passes the request on for the morning.

What about data protection?

A booking needs a name, a contact and the reason in a few words – the assistant does not ask about health. A data processing agreement (AVV) is signed before the start.

Can it book online?

Yes: it gives the link to your online booking. Without one it takes the request and passes it to the front desk.

And without a website?

The assistant works by link and QR code: in your Google profile, on your business card, at the front desk.
