Who the offer is for

Our offer is for businesses, self-employed people and freelancers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code). With your account you act for your business.

Services

The check of your website is free. Paid packages – for example website, social media posts, ads, AI assistant and your own tasks – are provided as described on the website and in the dashboard before you order. AI does the work; our team checks and completes it.

We do not promise specific results such as enquiries, customers, revenue or Google rankings. The figures in the dashboard show what was measured.

Your account

Please give true details and keep your sign-in to yourself. Orders and connecting accounts need a confirmed e-mail address.

Connected accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Google)

You connect your accounts yourself through each provider's official login and see there which permissions DenkNova receives. We use these permissions only for the services you ordered:

• Instagram, Facebook Page and Threads: publish the posts of your weekly plan at the scheduled times and show their status; when you connect a Facebook Page, fill in its empty details (description, phone, e-mail, website, imprint) once with your business details;
• Google Search Console: read your website's clicks, impressions and positions, read only.

You can disconnect any account at any time in the dashboard or at the provider. The providers' own terms also apply to these accounts (Meta, Instagram, Threads, Google). By ordering, you authorise us to accept these terms in your name where needed.

Posts, ads and content

Posts are shown in advance in your weekly plan in the dashboard and go out at the scheduled time unless you stop them. Ads run only with the budget you set; the budget is the limit.

We create texts and images with AI for your business; you may use them for your business. For content you give us (logo, photos, details) you confirm that we may use it for this.

Prices, term and cancellation

The price shown before you order applies. Monthly packages run for one month at a time and can be cancelled at the end of any month, in the dashboard or by e-mail. One-time packages are due when ordered. Payment is in advance through a payment service provider or by invoice.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not responsible for outages or changes of the services of Meta, Google or other providers.

Privacy

How we handle data and how you have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy (/en/privacy/).

Changes and law

If these terms change, we tell you by e-mail beforehand. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, where permitted by law.
